Thank you for the recipe! I don't think I will be baking desserts like that every meal time. I have however, thought about desserts for you and I heard that cinnamon helps with blood sugar; cinnamon is one of those all organic spices that makes everything tasty. I somewhat pictured more of a organic eating style than a natural one. Organic and natural may sound the same, but they are very different. Organic has no processed food in it at all; natural, on the other hand, can be healthier than straight processed food but still has major pressed food in it but still be consider "natural" because it has some natural things in it.
I think I agree on the decision you made, but adding on to that I think it may also be a good idea if we just took
