Eco Tourism Ecotourism can be defined as a type of tourism that involves responsible travel to natural areas that conserves the environment and also improves the well-being of the local people in that specific area. International medical tourism refers to people living in one country traveling to a different country in order to receive medical or health treatments. Domestic medical tourism refers to people living in one country traveling to a different city, region, or state in order to receive medical or health treatments. The whole purpose of people traveling for some sort of medical or health treatment is so they can receive either the same or better care than they would have had back at home. Medical tourism exists because people travel based on the accounts of affordability, better access to care, or higher levels of quality for medical and health treatments.
