The Treaty of Versailles was good in theory but was substantially just angered the Germans. It made the Germans pay an outrageous price for the reparations of war. At the time Germany was already economically depressed. In 1922, Germany could not make the payment and had to request a three year reprieve. No fair arrangement came from this request so they had to force the money out of different areas. This made financial problems even worse and resentment quickly grew out of the German people. Hitler himself was a soldier during World War 1 and after Germany’s defeat he was looking for someone to blame. It was difficult for the Germans to accept defeat so they pointed their fingers at socialists, communists, and unfortunately Jews. Hitler was not the only soldier/german looking for someone to blame which lead to a group of people backing him up. This mindset formed the notorious Nazi Party. The Nazi Party attacked several different kinds of people but most of all the Jewish. The party targeted a certain race and culture and killed countless. He convinced his people that the Jews had stabbed them in the back during the first world war, therefore it lead to another world war.
