Does dieting really help one lose weight to stay looking the way you want for the rest of your life? One may think fruits are good if one is trying to lose weight, but in reality they aren't. 97% of dieters regain everything they have lost within 3 years. Dieting will help one lose weight but one will have to stay on top of things and continue to push an individual through the process. Dieting will not help one lose weight because they will soon regain it if they don’t make that diet a new way of eating for life.
Eating whole foods is a good way to start out. First, whole foods are rich in phytochemicals, powerful nutrients found in food plants. Second, it’s the whole food so it hasn’t gone through processing after refinement. Finally, eating whole foods has a huge advantage which is they are more cheap than the grocery store’s processed foods. Is it really a crime to save

Lastly, these types of foods contain all sorts of artificial ingredients. Many of the ingredients aren’t real foods, if one was to look on the package seal, one would see all of the fake things that were added or the “fake” flavor of real food.
Dieting will help an individual help lose weight if they consume the right diet and continue with it even after one gets to the weight accomplishment. Eating whole foods, eliminating sugary drinks and no eating processed foods is something that is hard if one is trying to lose weight. Now, if one is looking to go through with this challenge, try and make this challenge a forever way of eating for life. One’s body will appreciate the way an individual is taking care of it’s body a lot
