Eating disorders are serious injuries in eating behavior. Their will involve unhealthy reduction of severe overeating, well as feelings, distress, and extreme concern. People could have extreme concerns about their body shape or weight. Anorexia Nervosa is characterized that can be refusal to eat. It affects any gender or age most likely it affects young women in their late teens and early twenties. First a person need to refuse to maintain body weight. Second, the person needs to experience of gaining weight or becoming fat, even if their underweight.
Who has eating disorders. Women’s are most likely than men to develop eating disorder. I estimated 0.5 – 3.7 percent of women suffer from anorexia nervosa for their entire lifetime. I believe that about 1 percent of female adolescents have anorexia. I estimated 1.1 to 4.2 percent of women’s have bulimia nervosa in their lifetime.
Eating disorders and depression. Most people can find something they don’t like about their body. There are many steps to eat more healthy or start to exercise plan to improve their appearance. Those who have eating disorders can develop habits to cause a great deal of harm. They can past severely restrict calories, exercise for hours each day, or their can take actions of their weight gain.
Causes eating disorders. Certain people have genes that increase their risk of developing eating disorders. People with eating disorder may be more likely develop eating disorder. People with eating disorders can have psychological and emotional problems. They will have low-esteem and a hard time with
