Two of the biggest causes of deaths in the U.S. is obesity and diabetes, as well as many other deadly diseases. I would ask you to close your eyes and imagine a place in which everyone is overweight, but in this country, you can leave your eyes open and see that.. You can go anywhere in America and see obesity. It is a serious issue in the United States. Fortunately, it is easily fixable. All you have to do is stay active and eat healthy. Staying active on a daily basis can decrease the chances of you becoming obese and can lead to a longer life expectancy. Lacking healthy foods can cause depression, stress and even obesity as well as other eating disorders. These eating disorders can be very harmful

People need to consume a number of nutrients every day to stay healthy, this will enhance your overall mood outlook on life.

Eating healthy all the time can be hard, when you are on a diet you can be easily tempted to break that diet. People should eat healthy everyday. Eating a balanced, calorie-managed diet can also help control weight. When you start the day with a healthy breakfast, you may avoid becoming overly hungry later causing overeating. Fruits and vegetables are low in calories and nutrient dense, which means they are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. Focus on eating the recommended daily minimum of five servings of fruit and vegetables and it will naturally fill you up and help you cut back on unhealthy foods. The Mayo Clinic notes that physical activity stimulates brain chemicals that often leave you feeling both happier and more relaxed. One of those ways is the media. The media influences you everyday even if you don 't realize it. It can also influence you to eat certain foods and it is one of the biggest causes of unhealthy eating. People want to do what everyone else is doing or whatever is popular. Big corporations use different strategies to get you to buy their product. Media is one the biggest causes of unhealthy eating. No one wants to admit it but we all care what people think about us, and we want everyone to like us so we do the things that everyone else does, such as eat the same foods as one another. It all depends on the people you are involved with 24/7. Unhealthy habits works like the domino effect. Once one person does something the rest gradually follow. This happens with all bad habits, even drugs or in this case unhealthy eating. Another major cause of unhealthy eating is culture. Where you live in this world can affect the way you do anything. Especially the way you eat. Wherever you grew up and the people that influenced you to do things throughout your life had a major affect on what you eat. It can also depend on religion and what you 're allowed to eat. Your lifestyle and the way you do anything in this world depends on where you live. Another cause of unhealthy eating is poverty.
