a) Prezi’s are similar to Power Point; however, they are more engaging and appealing to the audience. I enjoy Prezi, because it is similar to a map, since it connects the main ideas from one point to the next. I thought that the map view would be beneficial in explaining how to recover from eating disorders and the steps that are necessary for a healthy recovery. The roadmap is a creative way to engage the audience and teach/inspire people to find ways to recover through diet plans, increasing self-esteem, positive body image, and healthy environments.
b) This composition adds specific ways for people who face from eating disorders to return to normal states of health and mind set. The Prezi offers various meal/diet plans, meal preps, what

b) I chose to compose this genre, because I thought that a brochure would be a hands-on visual for the audience to better understand eating disorders, the symptoms, who is at risk, and treatment options. I also liked the idea of how a brochure allows the audience to learn so much just by looking at one sheet of paper. Brochures are extremely resourceful and I thought that using one to teach the audience about eating disorders and what they include would be effective and memorable.
c) This composition adds a hands-on activity for the audience to look at and learn from. The brochure offers symptoms, causes, people who are at risk, and the influence of social media and society on eating disorders. I thought that this composition would add a different perspective for the audience on what influences and causes people to have eating disorders, because I explain how social media and Barbie dolls are influential aspects of eating disorders. The brochure has helped me communicate in ways that my two other compositions do not. The brochure allows me to communicate more hands-on and effectively with the audience. The brochure is the only non-digital composition I created. The brochure is beneficial because, it can be viewed and passed around by the whole audience. The audience actually gets the chance to view the composition close up, and not from a digital screen. This allows me to communicate is a more effective manner and helps the audience understand at a higher

Eating disorders, such as Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa, are serious psychiatric conditions that require intervention and treatment. The plethora of negative conditions as a direct result of these eating disorders is well documented in the medical and psychological fields. Without longing of any kind."(2).…

With the rates of eating disorders increasing since 1950, the contributing factors should be researched in order to develop and implement a solution.
