Eat For Real Change Mcmillan

Dr. Joanna Mcmillan presented a video titled Eat for Real Change. Her presentation focused on how we should consume healthier foods in order to live a more healthy lifestyle. Dr. Mcmillan introduced her speech by describing how food is so much more than just science. She made an attempt to compare food to a daily vitamin that can be consumed to receive nutrition from instead of eating food. She explained how the foods that we eat contributes to the lifestyle that we live. Furthermore, Dr. Mcmillan described how eating a healthy diet can reduce health related diseases and risks such as, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke ext. The problem is not in dieting, but how we choose to diet. She recommends that we eat less genetically processed foods
