We have been dealing with a lot of Raccoon removals in the last few weeks. We have been seeing a lot of soffits being ripped apart due to raccoons trying to gain entry into the attic. Right now is the time where the raccoon is needing a good nesting spot to raise their young, and the attic is a perfect location for a raccoon to raise their young.
