At first, Easy Drink Easy Go company must ensure they done research on inventory the company’s information system. To develop a list of firm-wide information requirements to give a 360-degree view of the most important information needs of the company. After that, enough funds to do all changes before they change their system. They must accounts for the costs and benefits very well. Developing an accounting systems for information services firm-wide to make sure they have enough money to do all the changes. They need a lot of money to do the changes, for example to do the promotion, membership cards, training to employees and so on. They only can do all this changes when they have enough funds. While doing changes, the customers and sales might increase, so the supplies of ingredients and straws or cups must be enough. If the suppliers don't have enough supplies, the company must find another supplier to prevent the stores run out. Other than suppliers, company must make sure there are enough man powers to run all the business. Before employing the new power man, training must be given to the workers to train them to do their jobs better and ensure that the workers have basic knowledge about their jobs.
