Therefore in monism God and the universe is the same thing. This would mean that energy, motion, matter, thought, consciousness, etc.. Are all of one substance but are perceived differently.
The eastern Pantheistic Monism, focus on God is everywhere and he is an impersonal God. Meditation plays a large part with this worldview. A lot of Buddhists believe in meditation. We serve a God we can’t not see, however I would rather trust in my heart then to serve a).god that is made out of stone or wood .There are many testimony of his miracle working acts. A believer knows that death is not the end of a person. For the bible tells us “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed” (1 Cor. 15:52).
As a Christian there will always be people trying to get us to deny our belief about Prime Reality?, What is the nature of the world around us?, what is a human being?, what happens to a person after death?, why is it possible to know anything at all?, how do we know what is right and?, and what is the meaning of human history?.
Just like the Eastern Pantheistic Monism and all the other worldview. We will stand firm on what we believe in standing strong on our Christian Theism belief, and trusting God and His life changing Word. The conclusion, Jesus spoke these words “I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand”. (John

In modern times religion and science are increasingly becoming viewed as incompatible, or at least non-overlapping. Damien Keown states that “Scientific discoveries, and theories such as evolution, have challenged many traditional Christian teachings…” at the expense of making them appear “...dogmatic, irrational, and backward-looking” (119). Despite its brief history in the West, Buddhism has gained increasing popularity in part due to its frequent portrayal as an exception to the conflict between scientific and spiritual thought. Proponents of this view—deemed “Buddhist Modernists” or “Secular Buddhists”—argue that Buddhism possesses certain qualities which make it compatible with a secular view of the world, while providing a source of purpose…

Many people in the world today have decided that a world view does not matter; that everyone can simply believe what they would like to believe, and it would not make a difference. However, this is not true; a man’s worldview determines his every act! Every human being has the ability to decide what they believe and what they do not. At a very early age, we develop judgement that allows us to choose whether or not to accept certain claims. These assertions may be tempting, but our reasoning allows us to critically analyze the information with respect to all of our previous knowledge. These claims may be faith based, fact-based, or opinion. Without recognizing it, we take every bit of information we gather, analyze it, and decide whether we accept its validity.…

There are many types of religions in the world, all in which different cultures believe in. It is one thing to be raised and taught to believe in a “God” but it is an other thing when that “God” is proven real. Many people believe in a “higher power” but do not want to classify that “higher power” so that it does not change their lifestyle or their behaviour. Humans like to be comfortable in their own skin, with their own beliefs, therefore, they will try and convince themselves in what they believe is real for their own comfort. Pre-Socratic philosophers developed the doctrines of monism, dualism, and pluralism, which are different ways, to answer the same question. The question monism, dualism, and pluralism tries to answer is what is the nature of reality, meaning what is the basic substance(s) or processes upon which everything, including the universe, is depended on? Thales was a monist that tries to answer the question by stating that water is the substance that everything depends on. Pythagoras was a dualist that believed that nature is controlled by opposite forces between the limited (mathematics) and unlimited (mystical experiences). Empedocles was a pluralist and believed that they are four elements (water, earth, fire, air) and two motions (love and strife) that explain the nature of reality.…
