David is walking down a muddy road wearing no shoes. david has shaggy blond hair, green eyes, 5’ 7”. He wipes his hands off with a rag in his pants. he looks at his hands, calluses and scars markup his hands. He works at a beautiful farm. it has 7 acres to it. The lush fields of flowers that he walks by smells of raspberries and bananas. He jogs to Vondel's farm. the arch connecting the fence has a black speckled horse on the top. The fence is made out of bronze, but over time the shine of it has faded away. leaving more of a seafoam green mix with moss color. he walks to the house, two stories, 4 bedrooms, and two out houses. David sees Gail Vondel. To him she is the world. A pale, freckled, green eyed, girl. He sees the scar on her left shoulder. reminding him of three years ago when they were playing on a tire swing they found in the middle of the woods. it was connected to a rickety old tree that was half dead, that they were specifically told not to touch it. She was swinging to high. she fell off 9 feet in the air falling on each branch that was in the way. when she stood up she had a huge gash that had sticks and leaves in it. the blood would not stop pouring out. so David took off his shirt wrapped her up and took her to the local doctor. He was shocked wanting to know happened the doctor took her to the operating table a cold metal shelf ,not a table. The doctor was trying to explain to him that he needs to leave so he can operate.
