How many of us truly think about how early political experiences have shaped what we have today? Probably not very many of us. we can see how those experiences have shaped us from the time we became our own nation. We all think freedom is important. Some of the important things that have helped shape our fight for individual rights is Great Britain, self-government, and problems within the political parties. First Great Britain started the quest for individual rights. One of the ways they started it is by taxing the colonies. Great Britain taxed them because they helped protect them from others.
