State preschool sites with a Tier 3 rating will have the option to receive on-site coaching support from an Early Learning Quality Specialist. On-site coaching is designed to support each site in achieving its quality improvement goals aligned with the Rating Matrix.

• Support in planning and writing a Quality Action Plan (QAP).
• Individualized support for teachers as they work towards their QAP goals.
• To increase familiarity with the CLASS assessment tool.
• Will be provided with specialized focus on ways to enhance teacher child interactions.
• Opportunity to review ECERS scores and set goals based on results.
