Developing of the children starts at the moment of birth and lasts until their adulthood. There are five areas (or domains) of child development: social, emotional, communication/ language/literature, cognitive, and physical. All domains are very important and interrelated with each other.

1. Social Domain.

Within social domain children develop their co-operating, helping, and problem-solving skills. They will learn to interact positively and respectfully with peers, make friends, and exchange ideas, materials and others’ points of view.

2. Emotional domain.

Within emotional domain children advance their self-concept, identity formation, and regulating attention, emotions
