Early intervention services should be provided to young children at-risk as early as possible. Describe the roles between special and general education teachers in inclusive classroom settings.
Working at a middle school, I have the opportunity to observe the special and general education teachers in their roles when they are working with inclusive classroom settings. I like to think that these teachers are super human because of all the many things they do. I realize that when I am fully done receiving my own personal education I am going to have to be that superhuman so being able to observe these individuals in all their roles

I watch these teachers work to understand each student’s individual strengths and limitations, and the effects on learning. These teachers constantly adjust and alter their curriculums to meet needs of all their students, they implement appropriate individualized education programs that focus on supporting student’s success in the general education curriculum. They frequently are the frontline communication with parents that they have to keep ongoing. These teachers do so much more in their roles (Hardman et al., 2015). The teachers at my school definitely seem like super humans to me because of all the roles and responsibilities they have with the students in inclusive classrooms. I admire them for everything they do, but what I feel makes both the Special Education teachers and General Education Teachers seem like they are super humans is the love they provide their students with disabilities. In my opinion the most important responsibility that I will have, is showing my love for my students above anything else. I look forward to that
