While we do have data, this is the short-term data. If I were to improve the research on this program, I would say that in order to gain entry to the program on must leave the parents and child’s social security number so that they may be contacted later for longitudinal data. I would also have a prescreening that would be applicable to the parent and child and find out about their statuses, how developmentally even they are for their age, and also have a constant that have participants that were not in the program. What this data could tell us is that if one of our programs were to be lacking or exceptional in one area, we would know and see it through the data. Yes, they do see the effectiveness of the program especially in the early years and the way that the children turn out later on that is why they are funding it with the 635 million dollars per year.
