Early Childhood Health History Essay

Childhood Health History Nathaniel reports that he grew up with his sister and with his mother and stepfather, in a middle-class, rural community. He excelled in school and participated in sports and Boy Scouts until he began hearing voices at age 13. attended the Juilliard School in New York as a double bassist but he suffered a mental breakdown during his third year and was institutionalized. Nathaniel reports no significant illnesses or injuries, and no hospitalizations; however, he reports that he had experienced hearing voices from early childhood that his mother never did take it serious. As a result, the hearing voices problem never was treated which developed to a lasting problem. As a child, he wanted to focus on music and nothing else. He became obsessed with Mozart, Beethoven. At the age of 18 he attended to Julliard music academy, where his was expelled due to his lack of concentrate. His dream was to become a famous musician. His dream is to play at the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

he began playing the double bass during middle school. However, due to his current living situation, he plays on a used two strings cello. Nathaniel reports that somebody donated a well-conditioned cello through his new friend that he really enjoys and comforts him. He became a friend by accident who felt for him to an extent of helping him to get back to the society as a normal resident and use his extreme talent as a musician. Nathalie reports that since he met with his new friend, he feels better who instilled some hope to be able to play a musician.
