Early Childhood Educator

For the three positions I selected, I thought of an entry level position in which I could “get my feet wet” in and feel it would not be too overwhelming. I feel Early Childhood Educators would be a great way to get to know the community and families, not to mention I already have my Paraprofessional license, in which case it would not be hard to transfer nor with my degree be hard to get the proper teacher licensing. For my second choice as an Educator Director, I felt that I was already involved with the place I would work for and be advancing my degree into an MA would also be an opportunity to advance my career. Having several years of employment in my field and knowing more of what an employer wants, not to mention having the opportunity
