The greatest leaders manage varying conditions, personalities and climates produce measurable results which influence perceptions and change the world. Change is non-stop ever evolving factor that complicates and conversely simplifies every aspect of life. Unyielding creative thinkers like the ENTJ personality communicate change with an understanding of the target audience and through key motivators with a decisive tone during interpersonal communication. The ENTJ leader is the greatest at identifying change and dealing with personality issues to create long term solutions.
Identifying Personality Type Identifying personality types, their tendencies, and the attributes that comprise them positively impacts relationships and creates an environment of understanding used to communicate. A personality test can provide information to identify which personality type describes an individual and assist in the understanding of other types to better relate with other people through the recognition of similarities and differences. A strong personality with an understanding of strengths and weaknesses can utilize the differences to create an environment of honest communication where all people involved respect and influence each other.
