for ELL students and find ways that I could be a support to the teachers. I would want to have a specialist in place that could assist me. This would be something I would consider as I have opportunity to hire teachers or specialists to find someone with more extensive background to be a support to our school. I would make sure to find a way to have available the professional development and resources my teachers needed to be successful with their ELL students. Most of my leadership decisions would be based on the population of ELL students. The current school where I am teaching has a very limited number of ELL students. However, I have taught at a school where the majority of the student population were ELL students. Williams and other principals from my experience that take a strong stand against intolerance and teach instead kindness and integrity. That is a big part of learning in my classroom throughout the years I have been teaching. I feel it is part of my job to not only teach the students in my care to read well and do math problems, but to be an upstanding member of society as well and prepare to contribute through being a dependable employee and sharing kindness. I teach students to work together in order to prepare them for life in the workforce. With this experience in my career, I feel that as a leader of a school I would continue to strive to build up a culture in the school where diversity is accepted and appreciated. I would also strive to make sure that students are being taught to be just, kind and respectful of each other and their teachers. This is getting harder in these times, but through building a relationship of trust and mutual respect with my staff and student body I feel confident that I would be able to make my school a place where all students feel safe and
