Client, 2-year-old, Caucasian female currently residing with her biological mother, paternal grandmother and grandfather, and maternal aunt. Client was referred to EIIS program by her insurance company due to concerning behavior due to suspected sexual abuse by client’s biological father. Client currently engages in hip thrusting activity (moving her genitals up and down on people and objects) up to 3x’s a day and becomes emotionally dysregulated when mom or family try to stop her. Mom reported she often has to “bribe” client with a toy or treat to stop her from engaging in this activity. Parent also reported client will make sexual suggestions of wanting to perform oral sex when seeing her mom in the restroom and making sexual suggestions
