Both Officers arrived at 0148 hrs. and met with Nurse Christiane Dotson who stated that the patient, Sanchez-Garlobo, Manuel (MRN: 70032631/FIN: 84678786) was belligerent and would not follow any instructions given to him by the attending Physician or any nursing staff. Diaz, the defendant who was a registered nurse worked at a community hospital on the night shift; over a month span, 13 patients under her care had suffered seizures, cardiac, and respiratory arrest, which included nine deaths. The defendant is noted to have started working at a different hospital. After three days, a patient died under the defendant care. The defendant was arrested and in the testimony claimed to have injected patients with extremely high doses of lidocaine. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Dennis Anderson, stated his daughter Ceceilia Anderson was assaulted by James Fryberg and Ceceilia was being treated at St. Elizabeth Hospital. I contacted Ceceilia in the emergency room of the hospital. Ceceilia told me at about 2130 hours she and James were at James parents residence, 5115 Auburn Way S, and had argument about James owing her money. On Saturday, 12/30/2017, at approximately 1024 hours I was dispatched as a cover unit for Officer Hyink, on the report of a husband who pushed their wife. I arrived on scene at approximately 1027 hours and saw the husband later identified as Confidential Victim #1, outside the garage and the wife, identified as Suspect Prywes, standing inside the garage. I approached Prywes and asked her what happened. She told me she was pushed and hit the concrete hard on her back. Boarding patients within the ED is holding patients who have been admitted as in-patients but they do not have a bed available to them on the floor. This is a common practice.
