INTRODUCTION: One City Municipal Corporation has decided to implement the E-Governance System and for this purpose, all the Staff
Members have to be educated and trained to run the System on regular basis, so as to process the Citizen Services fast and provide the Feedback for the same, apart from the Complain management, on a regular basis.
Since, this is a Public Services Body, the main purpose is to provide public
Services, regularly and smoothly.
The Municipal Commissioner, has decided to introduce E-Governance
Technology to facilitate the Public Services and for this purpose, the
Necessary permissions and approvals are already obtained from the State
Government and Government has also, allocated sufficient Budget for that.

(3) The Potentiality for the Implementation of the E-Governance System:
In this fast lifestyle, in the Face of increasing populations, everyone has to plan the Day, Week, Month or year, depending on the requirements.
The Municipal Corporation is a Local Government Body and its main purpose is to provide the Public Services, on a regular basis, and so it has to plan and allocate the Resources accordingly, on a yearly basis. And since, the Basic Public Services to the Citizens of the City are crucial, fast processing of the Documents and Public Complaints are required so that, more time is spared for the Public Services, rather than to processing of the Documents and Complaints.
Now, mostly, every person has a mobile phone and so, making payments online or filling complaints online is a handy job.
To overcome the constraint of the Limited Resources and Time, the Implementation of the E-Governance System will help the Citizens of the City to pay the Taxes online, without leaving their Homes and standing in a long queues, saving them both the Time and

Due to the E-Governance System, the Routine banking works have been accurate and easy for the Corporation staff.
Now, The Municipal Commissioner is very satisfied with the Assistant Municipal Commissioner, who has performed his special assignment of the Implementation of the E-Governance System in the Corporation, in consultation with the Instructional Technology Consultant, who have successfully educated and trained the Corporation staff members to run the System, on a daily basis.
When some staff member was asked “ Hey you, how do you feel after the Implementation of the E-Governance System in the Corporation ?………. the staff member replied..” now, my H.O.D. generally do not say no to me, when I request for a Leave… since, I can spare a lot of time for that….”.
Similarly, when some Press Reporter asked a citizen of the City” Hi ! now, how do you feel, after the Implementation of the E-Governance Technology by the Municipal Corporation ?…the Citizen replied….”now, I can file my complaint about the Drinking water and Drainage online, while driving my
