A E Cigarette is a cigarette with less nicotine and runs by using a battery powered vaporizer to make smokers feel the same way as if there were smoking a real cigarette. Many discussions are being held on if E Cigarettes make it safer for smokers or if they make it more dangerous? Scientist are on both sides of this opinion because some researchers believe that E cigarettes can draw many young people to try it because it's not as harmful as regular cigarettes. While other scientist think E cigarettes are helping those who are addicted smokers and trying to make them smoke less or get less nicotine.
