Another alternative to smoking would be the use of e-cigarettes or electronic nicotine delivery system, which have started to become an alternative to smoking standard cigarettes. They work via delivering nicotine through flavoring and other chemicals in vapor form rather than smoke. These things are promoted as a safer alternative to standard smoking, yet little is truly known about the risk they pose to humans. Despite not having all the hazardous chemicals as standard smoking, they still have nicotine and still pose as risk to addiction and possibility to make the brain more susceptible to other addictive things.
