The patient is a 59-year-old female who presents to the ED with dyspnea. The patient is known to have end-stage renal disease. She recently moved to live with her daughter in Newark. She was having dialysis in Newark the Saturday prior to admission they failed to pick him up. She did nothing about that. She did not make any further arrangements instead she returned to Paterson to try to negotiate to get back access to her old furniture. She skipped another dialysis treatment and therefore presented to the ED with dyspnea. She was fluid overloaded and she was initially admitted for further treatment. She is noted to have end-stage renal failure, as previously stated, hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, hepatitis C, and remote history
