Sequence I scored a 20, puts me over the avoid line but not by much. So I don’t avoid it but I don’t go to at first. Maybe because most of the time I’m the one determining what needs to be done, once it’s associated with an emotion (my paycheck) it’s pretty easy to remember. Most of the time I am in a very fluid situation, and in many cases it is about how to do it better than what is the standard. Because I tend to not care about my superiors expectations, most of the time I’ve been given tasks that have no clear methods, only an end state. In other words I get from the boss, I don’t know what this or how to do it, but it needs to be done, make it happen. So I’m somewhat used to getting some purpose and motivation from the top but no direction.
Technical ah! My highest score at 31. Use first! Yeah, pretty much all the reasons I have a low score for Precise. I need to work on some of these, most of the time I am OK with giving detailed instruction but I could be better. If I can’t find a solid reason to do something I’ll reevaluate its need to be done.
