Dynamic Learner Reflection Paper

Strong willed learner, she is so focused on her project she’s doesn’t get the point of the project, (hard headed). Her lack of team work is surprising after coming from the Military. Step one for her would be to build, develop her personal strategy card. She should know other similar technics from the Military one type is a Mind Map, (put it all on paper then organize) the other is the OODA loop, (Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act). After she completes her project she needs to review, completely not just skim. And finally she need to take responsibility for her work, I know people like this, and they always have an excuse for substandard work. Her scores are S-(33), P-(32), TR-(22), C-(27), she should tether her confluence some, and intensify her precision just long enough to get the PSC completed and to follow it.

Mine are S-20, P-18, TR-31, C-27 makes me a Dynamic Learner.

Sequence and Precise, they are typically use as needed. I have already completely read the fourth chapter, because I typically don’t. I have read the instructions twice, and wrote a detailed list of actions I must complete. During this week’s quiz, I reviewed each question, and possible answer before just doing a search of the text. I have to admit that by taking the long way around, (based on my normal learning pattern) I have picked up more information that before I would have glanced over, and required me to do more research, but this time I knew exactly where and what I was looking for. In the end I believe it saved me time for the overall project, and hopefully I produced a better
