• If no matching values are found, double check the Empl ID is correct. If the number is correct this means that PS Security will need to be contacted to grant the manager access.
 You may want to check the payroll mailbox for an email titled Forms, this is the T & L Request (the PeopleSoft Access form that was submitted by the manager) you will forward this email over to PS Security and ask them to process the request in HR
• After access has been granted, send the approver and the approver’s supervisor an email letting them know that access has been granted and remind them to send a signed copy of the form to Payroll. This can be sent by either email or interoffice mail.
If the Dynamic Group does not exist, you will need to create one. Once you have created the dynamic group you will need to let the supervisor know that they can now fill out the PeopleSoft access form for that department.
