Dynamic Facilitator Research Paper

A facilitator’s emotions can affect the delivery and outcome of an intervention. Being confident can put people more at ease; being supportive encouraged the participants to be more engaged in the activity; being energetic can keep the participants interested and engaged, and being direct helped the participants focus on the required tasks.
To be a dynamic facilitator and make the program more enjoyable requires the facilitator to know their strengths and understanding their weaknesses. A good facilitator can influence the flow of the activity and facilitate the learning process.
