The Dyna Corporation is a major global information systems and communication company based in US. Dynacorp has made its name as an industry leader and was known for its technological innovation. It was known for its rapid growth in 1980’s. But in 1990’s the growth rate of the company lowered and experiences periods of significantly reduced earnings. Dynacorp has a functional organizational design distributed over 3 divisions; engineering, marketing and manufacturing. Dynacorp needed a major redesign to cope up with its expanding activities and increased product range.
My first choice for an alternate design for Dynacorp would be Front/back. With the current organizational design, Dynacorp lags behind
