Dying: A Short Story

I'm sick of crying, I'm sick of telling you that I'm okay when I'm clearly not, I'm sick of smiling when I am fading away to nothing in the inside. You may thing I'm fine, you may think I'm just cold but really I'm just trying to hide the scars. I don't hang out with you after school because I don't want you to hurt when I am gone, I just want to be left alone in silence and pain. When I tell you that I'm not hungry or that I already had something to eat, I'm lying, I just don't want you to know that I'm starving myself. When I say that I'm okay I'm lying, I just don't want you to know that on the inside I'm dying. You may think that I'm happy because of the smile I wear upon my face but really I'm just good at faking my feelings. You may not understand why I feel this way but I don't care I just want to end my life. I'm sorry if I'm hurting you, I'm just so addicted to cutting now the pain takes all my real pain away and replaces it with scars. I'm going to try and stop cutting but I don't really see the point in it. …show more content…
