This serves to introduce Mr Dwight Messam, who I have known for the past ten (10) years.

I have found Mr Messam to be truthful, honest, decent, able, sober, willing, reliable, industrious, and exceedingly intelligent. I have found no fault or defect with his character.

As a young man, he has proved to be a laborious and devoted worker exuding a passion for details. He is completely independent of thought, exceedingly bright, determined and forthright. He has given assiduously of his strength and wisdom in the quest for his personal development and seems not to have ever abandoned principle, purpose or vision. He has a sharp mind and possesses a warm, hearty and affectionate personality that attracts and soothes the very soul of any adversary.
