Dweck describes fixed or Growth mindset as the tendency for an individual to either develops their mindset on a static or a dynamic change. She also describes fixed or growth mindset with an argument that an individual can influence their mind on being optimistic or pessimistic behavior. A fixed mindset are just fixed traits of a student who believes in their basic abilities, intelligence and talents.
