The exhibits do an excellent job of presenting information in a clear manner. All the featured exhibits have interactive timelines of events, which make it easy for you to visualize in which order the events occurred in history. The visitor can listen to the information instead of listening to it, which is a major plus. Overall, the website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The progressive era was a period when people more so women were making progress academically, financially, & socially. Women start to gain endless opportunities that were not available to their disposal. Before this period, women did not have the right to vote like men, they were essentially second-class citizens. Once women earned the right to vote, things started to change. Instead of business to remain the same the poor continue being poor and sick, women decided to take the risk. The women such as the ones featured in the exhibits took action by pushing through a lot of reform better schooling opptnities, better working conditions, and
