Cpl. Conroy has exceeded in this category this last year. Cpl. Conroy has taken on many extra rolls or duties within the department. On March 14th. 2016, he was appointed to the Durango SWAT team. On June 29th. 2016, he was promoted to a Corporal/FTO for the Durango Police Department. He completed a forty hour bike class which certified him as a bike officer. Cpl. Conroy has attended training's and became an instructor in KOGA, which is the arrest control used for DPD. Cpl. Conroy has exceeded within the department in many different avenues.
