Dummy Half Pass Analysis

The part of the dummy half pass I am doing is the preparation.
The aim of this document is to show you how to evaluate the authors touch acting half long pass skill and seeing how to improve the pass and discuss about applying the most relevant biomechanical principals
The main phase of the pass that was focused on the most was the preparation phase. Which this phase consists of the following actions made by the acting half
 Outside foot is placed near the ball
 Base of support is wide and balanced with inside foot towards the receiver
 Ball is held with two hands on either side with fingers spread and elbows slightly bent
 The player looks at the received after securing the ball
