Ingredients:

2. Condensed milk – 396 g, Sweetened
3. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon (3g)
4. Warm water - 3 tablespoons (45ml) Nutritional Information:

Directions:
1. To start with the recipe, set the timer of the Power Pressure Cooker to 40-60 minutes and press the ‘Meat/Chicken’ button.
2. Now, create the baking soda mixture by combining ½ tsp. of baking soda with 3 tbsp. (45ml) warm water.
3. Add the baking soda mixture into 396 g sweetened condensed milk and combine this mixture.

Directions:
1. The recipe starts with pressure cooking the apples with sea salt, all-spice, nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, water and apples which are quartered and seeded.
2. So, plug in the Power Pressure Cooker and press ‘Fish/Veg/Steam’ button. Add all the listed items. Close the lid, and cook for 5-10 minutes.
3. After 10 minutes, press the cancel button and let the pressure be released using the quick-release nob.
4. Out of the pot, remove the sticks of cinnamon and it is the time to blend it nicely. Blending will impart a desired consistency to the Apple Butter.
5. Well, this was the instant process for making the Apple Butter, however, you can also choose the ‘Slow Cooking’ mode for another method. This recipe is best prepared when left for slow cooking up to 6-8 hours.
