We want to have a bike cage outside of Dudley Moorhead Hall, because we seen a lot of student illegally parked their bikes, and locked them in the walk ways. The reason for reducing bike cages, is because there was an accident, and someone was hurt during the progress. Another reason, the first at the desk had told us, is San Jose State wants to reduce the traffic flow of student passing by to go to their classes. We were given a card, and a phone number to call, so that we can speak to someone in charge. As a group, we realized our idea of a new bike cage was impossible to make, and we soon needed a new idea. Other students have agreed on this and have completely stopped driving on campus due to the risk of damaging their cars and spending more to maintain them. If more students decide not to drive to school, the school would lose more money because there would be no need for anyone to buy a parking permit. The school should pave all parking lots and ensure that they are in the best conditions for drivers. This would save students the trouble of fixing unnecessary repairs on their vehicles and keep them buying a…

If one would go around and ask the constituents of College of Dupage about their biggest issue on campus some would complain about the cafeteria food chains, the educational policies but the one complaint you would hear the most would be parking. Every year there are about 28,000 students who enroll, meaning they all attend by either riding the bus or driving. At the first glance at this issue – Whether the bicyclists should obey the driving laws as the drivers do in San Francisco –, it pops into my mind that the bicyclists are not necessary to follow the rules which for the drivers. On the other hand, the bicyclist should have their own rules to avoid the traffic jams. The core reason why I have such perspective is that the authority cannot judge the drivers and bicyclists at the equivalent situation because they have different purposes and functions. First of all, unlike the vehicles or buses, the size of bicycles is smaller. As a result, the bicycles do not occupy as much space on the roadway as the cars do.…

It is unlikely that Sandy Banks will be able to recover damages from Faneuil Hall. There are three reasons why a court will not hold Faneuil Hall liable for negligence. First, the discolored banana peel may have been dropped by another customer. Second, there weren’t any Faneuil Hall employees present at the time of the incident. Third, because the incident occurred after the employees cleaned and there wasn’t a recent inspection, Faneuil Hall couldn’t have reasonably discovered the banana peel.…
