Multitudinous lives have been unlawfully loss as a result of drivers making the conscience decision to drink and drive. According to the Oxford Dictionary, being drunk is defined as, intoxicating liquor affecting you to an extent which affects steady self-control, inebriated. Drunk driving must be put to halt, law enforcers must implement harsher consequences and repercussions for drivers who take it upon themselves to drive drunk.
