Drunk Driving Diary

On 4/14/2018, I was dispatched and responded to 4852 Limestone Drive reference a suicidal juvenile. Prior to arrival I was advised that the complainant was a dispatcher from the crisis 211 hotline.

Upon arrival I met with the juvenile subject, Savannah Jenkins. The subject advised she was feeling sad, angry, irrational, and wanted to harm herself. The subject advised that she wanted to inject pills (unknown type) in order to end her life. The subject advised that she did not inject any medications and would like to seek professional help reference to her current state of mind. The juvenile stated that she has attempted suicide approximately 4 years prior to this incident.

I made contact with the subject’s mother, Jessica Garr. Garr advised
