Drug trafficking between the United States and Latin America have create a mass of violence between both countries. In the last years, both governments have declared a “war on drugs” with the idea that drug consumption and drug trafficking will stop or will get control. Drug trafficking has brought blood and pain to society. According to surveys drug trafficking is affecting more young adult than other groups. According to Matthew Jenner, “drug trafficking is the most crucial and most dangerous phase of the illicit drug market. Thousands of kilograms of illegal drugs are transported on international borders daily bases, leaving the hands of violent traffickers and entering the lives of drugs dealers and addicts” (Jenner, 902).
