Objectives/Progress :As the patient has participated in the AMS of DE tx program, She demonstrates good use of social skills including hobbies and activities of interest and she has been able to maintain abstinence from all illicit drug substances, and her urine drug screens has shown no evidence of ongoing substance abuse. Pt.'s progress over recent quarter has been good and she meets all expectations of rx subutex program. Pt. remains at 2 mg. of subutex and she reported that current dose is working. Counselor encouraged Pt. to continue to share her positive support systems and people that may prolong and/or assist recovery efforts. Pt. was encouraged to attend an AMS group of her choice. Pt. will maintain current TX goals over the next quarter.
