Based on the SWOT Analysis of CHHB, we found that there are areas that need to be improved by the company in order to improve their company overall performance.

Another example is, increased in labor costs. Due to the inflation, most of the employees required an increment in their salaries, or else they would resign and shirt to another company which gives them a better offer. In this case, CHHB may give their employees a different type of reward instead of salary increment.
