This lab was designed to determine the inherence pattern of mutation traits in Drosophila melanogaster to investigate if mutations are autosomal or sex-linked genes. Also to analyse if they are dominant or recessive traits. By doing a trihybrid cross and observing phenotype of F1 generation, should find that all mutations are x-linked recessive traits, and the mutated genes should be white, miniature, and forked genes. If the hypothesis is true, then mutation should also be express in the F2 generation. The mutants should have white eye colour since gene white code for this trait and short wings and short bristles. Also the map distance between gene white and miniature should be 34.6 and distance for miniature and forked should be 20.6, and
