There should be a law where the government is allowed to take away the drone owner's drone, if any drone laws are broken beyond extent. For example, if someone were to fly a drone and peep at people in a bad way, the drone could be taken away for 6 months. In Kansas there’s a law called SB 319 which was made to expand the definition of harassment in the Protection from Stalking Act to include certain uses of UAS (NCSL). This idea of taking away the drone for misuse is beneficial because owners would not want their drone to be taken away again that is why this should be a should be a law.
Another law that the government should have is that every drone owner should have a license to fly drones, because the drones are considered vehicles as well. These licenses will prove that you know how to driveto a drone; also they will provide information to the FAA or to law enforcement if ever stopped. For example, if a cop comes over to you while you are flying your drone, your drone license would work as both “license and registration”.
