Drone Strikes
Drone Strikes are one of the ways we can fight in a war. There are Pros and Cons to drone strike. They are cheaper than sending out hundreds of troops and tanks. If they are destroyed no US lives are taken.The Cons are that they launch missiles and their radius is hard to control.Civilian lives can be token.They may turn against us join the group that was intended to. Drones Strikes are one of the safest ways to fight in wars and reduce human casualties. But can take regular lives. Drone strikes are a good way to fight in wars. We can fight battles without soldiers. The drones are controlled by computers at a command post. They are controlled by many miles away so no American lives can be token. If they are destroyed no lives can be token. They can be used to take out IEDs, Landmines, Suicide bombers, snipers, and anti-aircraft deposits.
The drone also cost less than deploying our soldiers. In 2012 we dedicated 5 billion dollars to drones. America’s drone programs are only 1% of our annual military budget. We spend 601 billion of on troops, tanks, aircraft and ammunition almost every 3 years in the military.
