Driving Without Using Turn Signals

A few weeks ago, I was driving down highway 36 to get to my house and the person in front of me was going 50 on a 55 and I was getting very mad at the person, then he decides to turn right off of the road but he didn’t use his turn signal so I almost knocked into him. I hate when people drive without using turn signals, go under the speed limit, and have their brights on. Driving without using turn signals really grinds my gears. One example is that it can lead to blinding the person you are going past for a few moments. At night time people tend to use their brights, which is ok but you have to know when to turn them off, it can lead to blinding the person passing you for a few moments and can cause them to lose control of driving. When the person gets blinded it can cause them to drive off road into a ditch or lose control and drive into the other lanes. It can lead to fatal accidents when the lights get into the person's eyes. A few thousand people die every year because people forget to shut off their brights on the road. When the person gets blinded it can cause them to have a head on collision with someone or when they go off road they could hit a tree. When the lights get into the person’s eyes it can make them drive off road and get stuck in a ditch. When getting flashed by the brightness of the lights it causes the person to lose vision in his/her eyes and this can lead them to fall into a ditch or get into a bad collision. Once when I was driving, the person in front of me got flashed by the lights and he came really close to swerving off the road into a river.
