“Driving is a Privilege, Not a Right.” Driving is not a constitutional right. People get their driving licenses based on their skills and if they can drive safely. This actually causes some problems. How about teenagers who are just 16 years old? It is hard for them to follow the traffic rules every time. This also means Teenagers like them are easy to fail to demonstrate this abilities.However, someone said there are plenty of benefits of letting teenagers start driving at 16 years old. In my opinion, I believe that teenagers should wait until the age of 18 to have their driving licenses, because most of them are easy to be distracted when they are driving and the process of getting their driving license costs plenty of extra money.
